We are a small, friendly studio based in Brislington, Bristol.
Familiarise yourself with our classes and courses. We welcome everyone regardless of experience, age or ability, from complete beginners to those with an established practice.
With an emphasis on breathing techniques and meditation, we promote thoughtful and reflexive yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being suitable for all.
Besides our regular schedule, we also offer one-off workshops and one-to-one sessions.
